AN ACT REQUIRING THE INSURANCE COMMISSIONER TO STUDY THIRD-PARTY HEALTH INSURANCE AND MEDICARE MARKETING.
To require the Insurance Commissioner to study the marketing practices of third parties that generate revenue from referral fees paid to such entities based on Medicare-related and health insurance leads generated in this state.
