AN ACT CONCERNING THE ADMISSIBILITY OF RECORDS AND REPORTS OF CERTAIN EXPERT WITNESSES AS BUSINESS ENTRIES.

To provide that records and reports generated by certain out-of-state professionals may be introduced as evidence in an action for recovery of damages for personal injuries or death.
