AN ACT REQUIRING THE BIENNIAL LICENSING OF DOGS.

To provide for the biennial licensing of dogs in order to have such licensing better coincide with rabies vaccination requirements and to save municipalities administrative costs in annually having to mail registration reminders to dog owners.
