AN ACT CONCERNING BAKERIES, FOOD MANUFACTURING ESTABLISHMENTS AND FOOD WAREHOUSES.

To require food warehouses to be registered with the Department of Consumer Protection as "food manufacturing establishments" and to make technical and conforming changes to bakery and food manufacturing establishment statutes.
