AN ACT REQUIRING HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR FERTILITY PRESERVATION FOR CANCER PATIENTS.
To require health insurance coverage for embryo, oocyte and sperm cryopreservation procedures for an insured who has been diagnosed with cancer but has not started cancer treatment.
