AN ACT CONCERNING THIRD-PARTY FINGERPRINTING SERVICES, MINIMUM STANDARDS AND PRACTICES FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF LAW ENFORCEMENT UNITS AND REPORTS OF POLICE PURSUITS.

To authorize the Commissioner of Emergency Services and Public Protection to enter into agreements with independent contractors to provide fingerprinting services to facilitate the processing of criminal history records checks.
