AN ACT CONCERNING THE SUSPENSION OF DELIQUENCY PROCEEDINGS FOR FIRE-STARTING BEHAVIOR TREATMENT.

To direct the Commissioner of Children and Families to study policy and procedural issues within the department in order to increase the safety of children.
