AN ACT RESTRICTING THE USE OF CERTAIN STATE LANDS DURING THE HUNTING SEASON AND REQUIRING THE USE OF CERTAIN AMOUNTS OF FLUORESCENT ORANGE CLOTHING BY PERSONS ON SUCH STATE LANDS.

To provide firearms and muzzleloader permittees with adequate space to perform hunting on state lands used for such purposes and to ensure the safety of all persons present on such state lands during such hunting season.
