AN ACT TRANSFERRING CERTAIN POWERS AND FUNCTIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING.

To transfer certain powers from the Department of Economic and Community Development to the Department of Housing, including the authority to acquire certain housing projects and to provide certain grants to nonprofit housing organizations.
