AN ACT EXTENDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE FOR CERTAIN INTERLOCAL RISK MANAGEMENT POOLS.

To extend the effective date for certain interlocal risk management pool contingency requirements in order to maintain a competitive marketplace for municipalities to purchase public liability insurance, property and casualty insurance, workers' compensation insurance and excess risk insurance.
