AN ACT CONCERNING THE ELECTRONIC RECORDING OF CUSTODIAL INTERROGATIONS.

To improve the reliability of confessions by providing that statements made by a person during custodial interrogation at a place of detention are presumed inadmissible unless the custodial interrogation is electronically recorded.
