AN ACT CLARIFYING THE CONTINUATION OF NONCONFORMING USES, BUILDINGS OR STRUCTURES.

To allow the repair of a nonconforming use, building or structure when such repair requires demolition or deconstruction, without losing the right to continue such nonconforming use, building or structure.
