AN ACT CONCERNING LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE CAUSED BY A DOG ASSIGNED TO A LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER.

To create a rebuttable presumption that a household member of an officer, employee or other person paid by or acting as an agent of the Department of Correction who is assigned a police service dog is not the keeper of such police service dog under the dog bite statute.
