AN ACT CONCERNING THE PARTICIPATION OF PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIANS IN THE SMALL BUSINESS EXPRESS PROGRAM.

To expand eligibility under the Small Business Express program to include primary care physicians and physician offices regardless of the number of employees.
