AN ACT CONCERNING HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR FERTILITY PRESERVATION FOR INSUREDS DIAGNOSED WITH CANCER.

To require that pharmacy benefits managers disclose information regarding the maximum allowable cost of prescription drugs and establish procedures concerning maximum allowable cost lists.
