AN ACT CONCERNING THE DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES, EXAMINATIONS FOR STATE EMPLOYMENT AND STATE WORKERS' COMPENSATION PAYMENTS TO REFERRING PRACTITIONERS.

To require the attorney general to issue opinions when requested by businesses who have a dispute with state agencies regarding regulations, to make changes to the State Personnel Act, including to permit the extension of candidate lists for two years and to clarify when an agency delegation plan is required, to delete a prohibition for certain payments to referring providers under the Workers' Compensation program and to modify the form of required oaths and affirmations.
