AN ACT REQUIRING THE COMMISSIONER OF EDUCATION TO DEVELOP AND SUBMIT A COMPREHENSIVE STATE-WIDE INTERDISTRICT MAGNET SCHOOL PLAN.

To require the Commissioner of Education to develop and submit a comprehensive state-wide interdistrict magnet school plan to the General Assembly on or before October 1, 2016.
