AN ACT CONCERNING THE STATUTE OF REPOSE IN HAZARDOUS CHEMICAL CASES RESULTING IN THE DEATH OF A PERSON.

To clarify that injuries resulting in death fall within the purview of section 52-577c of the general statutes.
