AN ACT CONCERNING THE APPLICABILITY OF GENETICALLY-ENGINEERED FOOD LABELING REQUIREMENTS TO NONALCOHOLIC MALT BEVERAGES.
To exempt nonalcoholic malt beverages from mandatory labeling requirements for genetically-engineered foods that will become effective upon approval by four other states.
