AN ACT CONCERNING GRANTS AVAILABLE THROUGH THE INTERTOWN CAPITAL EQUIPMENT PURCHASE INCENTIVE PROGRAM.

To encourage municipal participation in the intertown capital equipment purchase incentive program by reducing the local match requirement for grant funds.
