AN ACT CONCERNING THE MUNICIPAL REIMBURSEMENT AND REVENUE ACCOUNT.

To eliminate existing timeframes for expenditures from the municipal reimbursement and revenue account and to allow funds for the universal chart of accounts to be used to reimburse expenses.
