AN ACT CONCERNING DISCLOSURES BY REAL ESTATE BROKERS AND REAL ESTATE SALESPERSONS IN COMMERCIAL TRANSACTIONS AND NOTICES OF COMMISSION RIGHTS.

To modify certain deadlines concerning (1) disclosures made by real estate brokers and real estate salespersons in commercial transactions, and (2) recording of notices of commission rights.
