AN ACT CONCERNING THE STATUTORY TIME LIMIT TO COMPLETE A MULTIYEAR RATE APPLICATION.

To extend the statutory time limit for the Department of Public Utility Control to complete a rate proceeding by sixty additional days for each additional annual rate adjustment requested in a rate application.
