AN ACT REQUIRING INTERIOR DESIGNERS TO OBTAIN CONTINUING EDUCATION RELATED TO THE STATE BUILDING CODE AND FIRE SAFETY CODE.

To ensure public safety by requiring registered interior designers to participate in continuing education regarding the State Building Code and the Fire Safety Code.
