AN ACT CONCERNING NEW AND EXPANDED BUS TRANSPORTATION SERVICES THROUGHOUT CONNECTICUT.

To establish a state-wide Buses for 21st Century Mobility program to provide new bus transportation opportunities throughout Connecticut.
