AN ACT PROHIBITING HIGHER COPAYMENTS FOR NINETY-DAY PRESCRIPTIONS.

To require health insurers to charge the same copayment for each prescription, regardless of whether the prescription is for thirty, sixty or ninety days, provided the entire prescription is purchased at one time.
