AN ACT CONCERNING CHARITABLE GAMES.

To (1) provide the Department of Consumer Protection with discretion in examining reports filed by organizations that hold bazaars and raffles, and (2) allow the operation of an unlimited number of single-day bazaars held during special events pursuant to a "Class No. 8" permit.
