AN ACT CONCERNING THE INTERSTATE COMPACT ON EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITY FOR MILITARY CHILDREN AND GRADUATE DEGREES FOR MEMBERS OF THE CONNECTICUT NATIONAL GUARD.

To provide student activity waivers for veterans and provide tuition waivers and any other fee waivers for members of the National Guard.
