AN ACT CONCERNING CHARTER OAK STATE COLLEGE IN THE CONNECTICUT AID TO PUBLIC COLLEGE STUDENTS GRANT PROGRAM.

To change the basis of the request for funding for Charter Oak State College from the tuition waiver set-aside of the previous fiscal year to the tuition waiver set aside of the fiscal year two years prior.
