Employment
AN ACT CONCERNING COMPLAINTS THAT ALLEGE MISCONDUCT BY LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY PERSONNEL.
To require: (1) The Police Officer Standards and Training Council to develop and implement a written policy concerning the receipt of complaints that allege misconduct by law enforcement personnel, and (2) law enforcement agencies to adopt the policy of said council or develop and implement an alternative written policy.
