AN ACT CONCERNING DIVESTMENT OF STATE FUNDS INVESTED IN COMPANIES DOING BUSINESS IN IRAN AND SUDAN.

To establish a process for possible divestment of state funds from companies doing business in Iran and to make conforming changes to the statute concerning divestment of state funds from companies doing business in Sudan.
