AN ACT CONCERNING A MORATORIUM ON ARTIFICIAL TURF PLAYING FIELDS AND THE POSTING OF WARNING SIGNS.
To place a temporary moratorium on the state funding of artificial turf playing fields installations and to require existing fields to post a notice warning of the toxins contained in the rubber and advising athletes to wash their hands and clothes after playing on such fields.
