AN ACT REQUIRING NOTICE OF ABUSE REPORTS CONCERNING RESIDENTS OF LONG-TERM CARE FACILITIES.

To ensure notification of designated family members or legal guardians of nursing home facility and residential care home residents who may have been the victims of abuse, neglect, exploitation or abandonment.
