AN ACT CONCERNING DISCLOSURE OF SMOKE DETECTORS AND CARBON MONOXIDE DETECTORS ON THE RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY CONDITION DISCLOSURE REPORT.

To require information to be disclosed in the residential property condition disclosure report regarding smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors.
