AN ACT CONCERNING PARKING FOR PERSONS WHO ARE BLIND AND PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES WHICH LIMIT OR IMPAIR THE ABILITY TO WALK.

To improve procedures for the issuance, return, expiration and renewal of parking permits for persons who are blind and persons with disabilities, and to examine various enforcement methods of statutory provisions concerning parking for such persons.
