AN ACT CONCERNING INSURER CORPORATE GOVERNANCE ANNUAL DISCLOSURES AND THE REGULATION OF RISK RETENTION GROUPS.

To (1) implement the National Association of Insurance Commissioners' provisions concerning corporate governance annual disclosure standards and confidentiality of documents, materials and other information related to such disclosures, and authorize the Insurance Commissioner to retain certain personnel to assist in the review of such disclosure and documents, materials and other information related thereto, and (2) implement the National Association of Insurance Commissioners' provisions concerning governance standards for risk retention groups and authorize the Insurance Commissioner to examine documents or materials related to such standards.
