AN ACT CONCERNING THE HIRING OF SUPPORT STAFF FOR TEACHERS OF THE BLIND AND VISUALLY IMPAIRED.

To permit the Board of Education and Services for the Blind to expend up to five per cent of funds appropriated to the educational aid for blind and visually handicapped children account to hire support staff who are needed to assist teachers of the blind and visually impaired and other education professionals.
