AN ACT CONCERNING PENALTIES FOR EVASION OF RESPONSIBILITY BY AN OPERATOR OF A MOTOR VEHICLE IN THE CASE OF INJURY.

To raise the maximum term of imprisonment in the case of evasion of responsibility when a person is injured or property is damaged.
