AN ACT CONCERNING HEALTH CARE ACCESS FOR CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL HEALTH CARE NEEDS.

To improve health care access, quality and family support for children with special health care needs by establishing a comprehensive, coordinated health care service system to be known as the Children with Special Health Care Needs Partnership.
