AN ACT REQUIRING A COST-BENEFIT ANALYSIS OF HEALTH INSURANCE BENEFITS REQUIRED IN THIS STATE.

To establish a working group to conduct a cost-benefit analysis of health insurance benefits required in this state and to examine the impact such benefits have on health insurance premiums.
