AN ACT CONCERNING MILITARY TRANSPORTATION.

To exempt members of the National Guard from any operator's license fee or registration fee, including any renewals; to permit the National Guard civil support team to use a blue light illuminated upon a motor vehicle; and to exempt from the hands-free mobile phone requirement, a member of the armed forces, including the National Guard, while in the performance of his official duties and within the scope of employment.
