AN ACT CONCERNING SCHOOL-FAMILY PARTNERSHIPS.

To elevate the importance of school-family partnerships in schools and districts in need of corrective action by improving school-family partnerships through the implementation of best practice initiatives and training for parents, professional development and technical assistance for teachers and administrators at the school and district level.
