AN ACT REQUIRING DISCLOSURE OF OFFSETS IN GROUP LONG-TERM DISABILITY INSURANCE POLICIES.

To prohibit the inclusion, in a disability income protection coverage offset, of disability benefits received under the Social Security Act by any dependent child of an insured.
