AN ACT CONCERNING THE STATE BUILDING CODE.

To allow the State Building Inspector to increase the education fee assessed by the inspector to a maximum of four cents each year, to delete references to the now obsolete BOCA and to delete obsolete references to the mayor, warden, and first selectman acting as a building inspector, and to raise the fine for failing to comply with a written order of a building inspector.
