AN ACT CONCERNING NOTIFICATION OF CONTAMINANTS IN DRINKING WATER.

To require the Commissioner of Public Health to notify the local legislative body after finding contaminants in a public drinking water supply and to require the legislative body to develop a plan of remediation.
