AN ACT CONCERNING THE DEFINITION OF "RISE IN SEA LEVEL" AND CONSIDERATION OF SEA LEVEL CHANGE SCENARIOS.

To provide a definition for the term "rise in sea level" that is readily useable by municipal planning and zoning agencies.
