RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CONSTITUTION OF THE STATE TO REQUIRE PUBLIC HEARINGS FOR CERTAIN SPECIAL SESSION LEGISLATION.
To require a public hearing for any legislation introduced during a special session that is substantively similar to legislation that was introduced during the immediately preceding regular session.
