AN ACT PROHIBITING THE EVICTION OF A RESIDENTIAL TENANT FOR NONPAYMENT OF RENT IF THE LANDLORD'S ONLINE RENTAL PAYMENT SYSTEM PREVENTS SUCH PAYMENT OF RENT.
To prohibit a landlord from evicting a tenant for nonpayment of rent if the landlord's online rental payment system prevents the tenant from paying such rent.
