AN ACT REQUIRING HOTELS AND SHORT-TERM RENTAL OPERATORS TO DISCLOSE THE TOTAL COST OF OCCUPANCY TO CONSUMERS PRIOR TO PURCHASE.
To require hotel and short-term rental operators to disclose the total cost of occupancy, including all fees imposed for such occupancy, prior to purchase.
