AN ACT PROHIBITING REQUIRED PRESENTATION OF PRINTED RECEIPTS AS PROOF OF PURCHASE OF CONSUMER GOODS AND SERVICES.
To provide that no person doing business in this state shall require a consumer to present a printed receipt as proof of purchase of any consumer good or service.
